The ground rules.

1. What MyValue is

MyValue lets you track the market value of things you own, such as sneakers, watches, cars, tech, and collectibles, using sold-price data from third-party marketplaces including StockX, GOAT, and eBay.

2. Values are information, not appraisals

Values shown in MyValue are estimates based on market data. They are informational only and are not appraisals, financial or investment advice, insurance valuations, or offers to buy or sell anything. Marketplace data can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong, and your item's condition, size, or authenticity can change what it is worth. Check before you rely on a value for a decision that matters.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required where you live, to use MyValue.
• You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for what happens under your account.
• The information you add must be yours to add. Don't upload anything unlawful or anything that infringes someone else's rights.

4. MyValue Plus subscriptions

• Billing. Plus is sold as an in-app subscription through Apple's App Store and is billed to your Apple ID. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Cancelling. Cancel any time in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. You keep Plus until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Refunds. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its policies.
• Early-member rate. If you subscribe at an early-member price, that price stays the same for as long as your subscription stays active without a lapse.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse MyValue: no scraping or bulk-downloading data, reverse engineering, overloading or disrupting the service, accessing other people's accounts, or using MyValue to break the law. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

6. Our content and third-party marks

The MyValue app, website, and brand belong to MyValue. Marketplace names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the source of price data; MyValue is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

7. The waitlist and referrals

Joining the waitlist is free and does not guarantee access by a particular date. Referral positions are for fun and ordering only; they have no cash value. We may remove entries that use fake or automated sign-ups.

8. Disclaimers

MyValue is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any value is accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, MyValue will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or losses from buying, selling, or insuring items based on values shown in the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for MyValue in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes and ending

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. You can stop using MyValue and delete your account at any time.
